The Reliability-centred Spares (RCS) Toolkit is designed to help engineers and stock analysts decide on the most appropriate stocking policy for spare parts. The Toolkit is targeted specifically at decisions involving high cost, slow moving spare parts where the decision is generally whether to stock zero, one or more parts.
