This occurs if there is not enough space on one printed page to show both the worksheet and its margins. The problem is more common on US paper, since the worksheet is only about 0.7 inches (2 cm) narrower than standard 11 inch paper. If the margins are set very wide you may find that part of the right or bottom of a worksheet is printed on alternate sheets.
To rectify the problem:
If the problem persists, try reducing the top and bottom margins instead. Note that part of the printout may be lost if you set the margins too close to the paper edges, since most printers cannot print right up to the edge of the page.
Can't Print or Print PreviewThis may happen if your machine has no default printer installed (for example, immediately after installing a new copy of Windows).
To rectify the problem, use the Windows control panel to install a default printer. Then restart the application and try again.
Text wraps or is truncated unexpectedly on reportsThis problem sometimes occurs if the Windows fonts are not mapped correctly onto your printer's fonts.
One of the following solutions is usually effective.
This problem occurs with early versions of HP LaserJet drivers for LJIII and LJ4 printers.
Update your printer driver to fix the problem.
Graphics are missing on Worksheet reportsThis sometimes happens if your printer has run out of memory.
Check that your Windows printer memory setting matches the memory actually available in your printer.
If you have pasted a company logo into the Toolkit Company form, reduce its size or use a lower resolution bitmap.
